Here are the tools and resources that help me grow my business. I hope they’ll help you as well.
Some of the links below are affiliate links, which means that if you choose to make a purchase, I will earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These resources have helped me immensely, which is why I’m recommending them. I hope they help you achieve your goals.
Acuity Scheduling is an online scheduling tool that allows your potential clients to easily book an appointment with you.
You can share a calendar link with someone or simply embed the scheduler on your website. The person booking the appointment chooses their time zone, which allows you to avoid the "if it's 3 pm MY time, then it is Xpm your time..." conversation.
There is a free plan available, but I find the paid plan offers better features.
LastPass is an online password manager that stores your passwords, creates strong passwords, and allows you to share access with your collaborators.
It is a HUGE time saver for me.
If you’d like to learn more about LastPass, check out my blog post: Getting Started with LastPass.
Toggl is an online time tracker that allows you to track your time in a highly organized manner.
You can create projects, assign those to different clients, keep track of your billable hours, print reports, share tasks with team members and track your own time.
Free and paid plans are available.
MindMeister is a must-have tool for organizing your thoughts and creating an effective action plan. With it, you can create Mind Maps for all occasions. Brainstorm, take notes, plan an event, create a sales funnel. The possibilities are endless.
MeisterTask is a project board solution that directly integrates with MindMeister. You can export the mind maps you create in MindMeister easily into project boards in MeisterTask.
Both tools are incredibly easy to use, effective, and increase your productivity!
Free and paid plans are available.

ConvertKit is an easy to use email marketing tool that can help you build and grow your email list. The more I use this tool, the more I like it. It’s easy to use, and if I get stuck or have a question about something, their customer service team is always there to help.
One other thing I really appreciate about ConvertKit is their live training webinars. (“Lunch & Learn,” if you will.) Simply sign up for the training, hop on the call at the day and time of your choosing, and you can get a live tutorial and ask as many questions as you'd like. I found those sessions to be incredibly helpful when I first started using ConvertKit.
SiteGround is an all-in-one domain name and web hosting solution. (You don’t have to buy your domain name from them, but you can if you’d like to.)
They offer EXCELLENT customer service. No question is too simple. They take the time to address any concerns, and they’ll hold your hand as much as you need them too. (Thank you, SiteGround, for holding MY hand!)
